Frequently Asked Questions

Please contact if you cannot find an answer to your question.

The mind-gut connection refers to the two-way communication between your brain and digestive system, where thoughts, emotions, and stress can affect digestion, and gut health can influence mood, mental clarity, and overall wellbeing.

Yes, it could be. The gut and brain are closely connected through the gut-brain axis, and imbalances in gut health like poor digestion, inflammation, or an imbalanced microbiome can contribute to feelings of anxiety. Supporting your gut can often help ease anxious symptoms.

Yes, healing your gut may help reduce chronic pain. Inflammation and imbalances in the gut can contribute to systemic inflammation and pain sensitivity. Supporting gut health can help calm the immune system and may ease pain over time.

Poor gut health can contribute to inflammation and immune system imbalances, which may worsen endometriosis symptoms. Additionally, gut issues can affect hormone levels, potentially influencing the condition’s severity.

Poor liver health can affect hormone balance, which may lead to heavier periods. The liver helps process and clear excess hormones, so if it’s not functioning well, hormonal imbalances can worsen menstrual flow.

NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) is a method of understanding and changing thought patterns and behaviours to achieve personal and professional goals.

Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that uses guided relaxation and focused attention to access the subconscious mind and support positive change.

Hypnotherapy may help manage autoimmune conditions by reducing stress and improving overall wellbeing, which can positively influence symptoms. However, it is not a cure and should be used alongside conventional medical treatment.

You might be in a toxic relationship if you often feel drained, anxious, or unhappy around the person, if there’s constant criticism, control, or lack of respect, and if your boundaries aren’t honoured. Trust your feelings and look out for patterns of unhealthy behaviour.

Not necessarily. While talking about trauma can help some people process it, others find healing through different methods like creative expression, meditation, or somatic therapies. The key is finding what feels safe and effective for you.
