Professional supervision is a pillar of excellence for coaches, therapists, and practitioners. It not only safeguards your personal wellbeing but also provides an invaluable external viewpoint, unveiling potential blind spots in your approach.

Our inherent tendency as humans is to align our thinking with our existing beliefs. This makes an outside perspective invaluable for growth and improvement. 

Starting in January 2025 we're introducing online group supervision sessions tailored for holistic practitioners, coaches, and therapists. 

These sessions offer a nurturing environment where we emphasise mutual support and collective growth. 

Practitioners are requested to commit to some general housekeeping: 

• Be prompt and on time
• Have your camera and audio on
• Bring a question / challenge / client issue
• Maintain confidentiality at all times
• Anonymise any client specific details so that they cannot be identified
• Be open and non-judgemental – this is a safe space for all

During these two-hour sessions, we address your challenges and field questions on a wide array of relevant topics. Join us to enhance your practice and benefit from shared wisdom in a supportive community.
